We are a dynamic, mobile and very ambitious company, born 11 years ago. As a company we saw a niche in the market, to deliver a lighting installation & maintenance service with an eye for detail, great customer service and support; whilst ultimately offering honest prices without compromise, which is our focus.
We are based in North Yorkshire and deliver a nationwide service, completing installations from Scotland to the Devon coast. We provide initial site surveys to discuss the client’s requirements and also undertake full electrical and civil surveys to pre-empt any access or storage issues before work is to commence. No project is too big or too small and we are always happy to travel.
We have undertaken a multitude of projects over the years, ranging from large external cycle tracks, rugby clubs and football clubs, through to small multi games areas, we have shown that we can take a project from initial site meetings, listen, implement, manage, install and test to a finished commissioned installation.
Full support and aftercare are always provided to the client with a view to getting to site within a maximum of 3 days, should any problems arise. As we hold accounts with most lamp, ballast and component suppliers we will offer an honest, genuine price for replacements parts.
At DSL we are meticulous in the recruitment of our staff and have, over time, built up a skilled and very efficient work force; which enables us to manage our time on site effectively and logistically organise our work force and load much better. We believe this is our strength and is unique in our field whilst not compromising the quality of our work.
We have a great team who work up and down the country on a weekly basis managing multiple projects simultaneously, we have a large fleet of vehicles and use a national company to supply the plant which help us to achieve this.
When undertaking installations there are several factors which the club would benefit from i.e. exterior IP65 sockets with power, the club can then utilise these for other events, additional sockets within the feeder pillar or to the exterior of the feeder pillar, switching can vary from project to project depending on the club’s preference.
All the above involve extra cost, labour and time which we as a company never charge for, thus passing the savings over to the club. We are always more than happy to help and advice at no extra cost.
